I've had a decade-long love-hate relationship with the world of marketing.
By the time COVID swept the world, I was ready to shut my marketing agency down. It wasn't because business wasn't good—things were actually at an all-time high. I was just sick of how the industry worked.
Over the prior two years, I had written a book called Snake Oil which recounted the stories of ripped-off business owners trying to navigate the scam-rich environment of digital marketing.
I shared all of my best knowledge, told everyone how to avoid the charlatans, and said farewell for good. I shut my agency down, took a sabbatical, and started a non-profit with my wife.
As the years passed, though, my heart started to warm up again for one reason:
I actually do really enjoy doing this work.
At first, I hated to admit it. Why would I want to get back in the game that had burnt me out physically and spiritually? It sure wasn't because of all the "shiny object" marketing ads that I see on Instagram.
It's because I love how little hinges can swing big doors. If you know what you're doing, marketing can be easy and actually (dare I say) a lot of fun.
So that's what I'm doing now—having fun making money for clients I love.

I'm an entrepreneur and neuromarketing expert with over 10 years of experience in conversion rate optimization
My work has focused on improving the revenue performance of my client companies through optimization methods based on neuromarketing research and the science of decision-making.
As the founder of a conversion optimization agency and then the CMO of a Miami-based venture studio, I've helped over 150 companies ranging from startups to multinational organizations supercharge their digital sales funnels through practical, highly-researched, and results-based experimentation.
