What brings you here?
I'm grateful to have created a work life that fills my cup in so many ways. As I began considering what my personal brand looked like, I had to tackle the question of "well, do people who work with me for businesses really care about my personal side?"
And I suddenly realized: The ones I work with will.
Because business is, at its heart, a relationship game. Transactions and deals can come down to brass tax, but trust is universal. This website contains my passions: the things I spend my time on from a place of joy, and they both feed each other.
The work I do with business clients delivers incredible value, but it doesn't matter if I don't keep the edge sharp on the personal growth side of my life. I think it's important and beautiful to share that side of my life with the clients with whom I spend a large portion of my waking hours.
On the other hand, the mentorship I provide through my non-profit, Hama, and its men's group Men of Moksha are a furnace of new ideas and inner challenge. This is the creative fire that gives me energy and drive to bring back to my business clients.

As the founder of a conversion optimization agency and then the CMO of a Miami-based venture studio, I've helped over 150 companies ranging from startups to multinational organizations supercharge their digital sales funnels through practical, highly-researched, and results-based experimentation.
Over the course of a decade, I was able to help these companies unlock over $50 million in revenue that would otherwise have been lost due to buyer confusion, poor timing, or a number of other factors that play a role in a customer's eagerness to buy.

Hama
I'm the leader of a non-profit that helps people heal and become their full selves
Hama began as a small personal growth community interested in one of my biggest passions, personal growth. Together with my wife, Melanie, we sought to create an environment for people to rapidly grow, figure out what they want from life, and spend time in community with other growth-minded people.
Today, Hama hosts in-person retreats several times a year in our home town of Vero Beach, Florida. Our community has grown significantly, and with it, our ability to serve its members. I lead a men's group called Men of Moksha and Melanie leads a women's group called Haseya.
My vision for Hama is to establish in-person conscious social clubs across the country and world, all aimed at bringing communities closer together through healthy, growth-oriented experiences.

My marriage with my wife Melanie has been my greatest teacher. And although you don't have to be married in order to transform yourself, my relationship has brought me through some of the best—and darkest—periods of my life with a constant eye on finding my own version of paradise.
Men these days, in general, don't have a place to go to open up, let it rip, and move through the tough times without having a negative impact on their relationship, personal life, or career. Men of Moksha was designed from the ground up to create an environment of safety and compassion—not the "beat the hell out of you" culture that many men's programs out there are designed around.
My greatest healing and growth have occurred in spaces of beauty, openness, and support. That's what Men of Moksha is about, and each time we meet online or in person, that support shows in how much transformation the guys are experiencing.
