What if we stopped pretending we had it all figured out?

What if we let ourselves feel it all, break the rules, unlearn the noise, and actually get honest about being human?

I mean, why else are we here?

So I write about things that grab my attention and won’t let go.
Things like psychedelics and prayer.
Kundalini and capitalism.
Identity, masculinity, mortality, spirit, stillness, sex.
Things we’re not supposed to talk about—but probably should.

I’ve spent the past few years diving headfirst into transformation. Sometimes on the meditation cushion. Sometimes in sacred circles. Sometimes in the midst of a chaos that doesn't seem to sleep.

My work at One Moksha (and this blog) is where I bring back what I’ve found. And I promise, I don't have all the answers—mostly just better questions.

You won't find pompous "look at how woke I am" content here. I'm not woke, and I'm not "ahead" of anyone else. As I like to say, we all learn the same lessons, just in different orders.
