On the business side, I'm really good at marketing and digital design. I work with a limited number of clients who are doing big things in the world to help them grow. I ran my own marketing agency for nine years and specialize in neuromarketing, a powerful (and potentially dangerous, if used improperly) method of communication. I use my powers for good to help other businesses improve humanity.

The stuff I'm really interested in outside of the business stuff is in my exploration of the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern life — exploring how we can use both to move toward enlightenment. These essays are field notes from the path: experiments in consciousness, rebellion, and integration, written for seekers who want to live awake in the real world.

I mean, why else are we here?

So I write about things that grab my attention and won’t let go.
Things like psychedelics and prayer.
Kundalini and capitalism.
Identity, masculinity, mortality, spirit, stillness, sex.
Things we’re not supposed to talk about—but probably should.

I’ve spent years exploring personal transformation. Sometimes on the meditation cushion. Sometimes in sacred circles. Sometimes in the midst of a chaos that doesn't seem to sleep.

My work and writing is where I bring back what I’ve found. And I promise, I don't have all the answers—mostly just better questions.

You won't find pompous "look at how woke I am" content here. I'm not woke, and I'm not "ahead" of anyone else. As I like to say, we all learn the same lessons, just in different orders.
